Before I discovered yoga, I thought working out had to feel like punishment. Growing up dancing, the physical practice of yoga is what drew me in because I found a similar meditative quality to it.
Since then, yoga has connected me deeper with myself through the profound act of listening to my body. It has also connected me to an amazing community of teachers and students.
I believe in a challenging yoga practice that allows students to play to their edge, balanced with feel good movement. I draw inspiration from dance to move creatively and to allow for self expression.
I love to practice yoga with music. I equally love to practice in silence. To move our bodies to music is one of the greatest joys in life, and something many of us are missing.
